Spread Joy Movement respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect when someone purchases and sends a personalized message through our website.

Information we collect

We may collect the purchaser’s name, the recipient’s name and email address when provided, the personalized message, delivery choice, private-link access information, payment reference, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Stripe processes payment-card information; Spread Joy Movement does not receive complete card details.

How we use information

• To process a purchase and deliver the requested one-time message.
• To provide support, prevent misuse, maintain records, and comply with law.
• To operate and improve the reliability and security of the service.

Private-link access

Private surprise links use random identifiers. We may record when a message is opened to operate the service and prevent misuse. Anyone who receives a private link may be able to view its message, so the link should not be posted publicly.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to process payments, deliver requested emails, host private messages, prevent misuse, and operate the service.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, safety, legal, and accounting purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
